one arm stronger than the other
I have worked out both my arms with the same amount of weight and the same amount of reps my right arm can still out lift my left by probably three reps or so, can anyone explain why and tell me if...

Ham?
I know that ham has some fat to it but it has a pretty good amount of protein to it as well. Is ham a meat i should stay away from if im trying to get more lean?
