Cheers for the replys. My main lifts have been: bench 90kg 3x5, squat 120kg 3x5 and deadlift 150 3x5. I'm aiming to get those figures up, and i'm still managing to increase the weight weekly.

You need a good base before you start worrying about individual body parts. Train your whole body and train it hard. I'd clean bulk, and measure your progression by taking pictures and measurements....
