I agree, you could do ab exercises day in and out but unless you are eating clean, with a low body fat, they will be there just not seen. Remember they are still a muscle and you can over-train them...

I mostly agree with above. If you can try to aim for at least 3 per body part that ensures you get differnt angles. There's no harm in what you're doing just slower progress.
