And yeah with the cell-tech hardcore i just take 1 scoop and then add in 5 grams of pure creatine and another 20 grams of dextrose to make up for the other scoop i don't use lol, i am a cheap bastard.

Cell tech hardcore

Ok i have taken cell tech hardcore and for the 6th day i have now put on 4.5kg. This is ****ing crazy! 4.5 kg in 6 days!!!!!
