Talking Sometimes less is more

Tall is good for reaching top shelves at the supermarket, but for bodybuilding, shorter is better because less becomes more. Unless, you're standing next to a guy who is 6-4.

Good point. I agree that parsing out the protein isn't necessary. Your digestive system is lengthy and it's not all taken up in one place, like the stomach.
