the shake is a monster....almost 50 grams of protein and it also has creatine and gluatamine.

to answer your questions....
I have been lifting for about 9 years.....
6ft 194lbs right now and 9.5% body fat
I would not mind dropping to about 6-7 % BF while stayng close to 200lbs. So from what I have heard prohormone...
