Anyone tried this or any other type off chest specialization programme?

Monday your train the upper inner pecs
Wednesday Middle Pec
Friday Lower and outer pecs

Any thoughts on this?

Lol na im not one of those been trying to bulk for a mail! My abs were alot more cut before i started bulking! Im taking 3 shakes a day and eat about 5 meals a day!
