That's all well and good Orlando but still doesn't provide any evidence that training through mild DOMS short term isn't productive. Anyhow, bodybuilders do not tend to use DFT like other athletes.

I'm personally a fan of upper/lower or any other 2 way split. It's a decent balance for me. However right now I'm keeping it real simple, full body 2x per week as my current health/recovery allows.
