I have been going to the track. I can run half...
I have been going to the track. I can run half way then I need to stop, I burn out. Usually I walk 1, then try and run the 300, then walk another, run 300, walk another, run, then walk to cool down.

300 meter sprint
I have 1 month to run 300 meters in 70 secounds. I can do it now in 2 min. What can I do to improve my time?? any tips would be great!

My diet
My diet is probably bad. I don't understand how many calories I should be taking. I Heard that you fine out the amount your body needs for maintnance then you take in like 100 less. My BMI is 1950,...

I've been going to the gym 5 days a week. I like to do split workouts
Ex:mon-Chest
Tue-Back
Wed-Arms
Thur-Shoulders
Fri-Legs
I do 30 min walking on the treadmill after each...
