220 is your heart rate when your born. You want to stay aerobic. im 23 so my

THR is 128-167
So i would want to keep my heart rate in that range for best fat burn....

the point of a hiit is to play your target heart rate zone. You want to work out .65%-.85% of your max heart rate. here the formula

MHR = 220-age
THR = 220-age x .65
