Question No Spotter Question

Usually when I'm in the gym I don't have a spotter and I was wondering how to do the heavier more difficult lifts (bench, squat, etc...) with causing any major injuries. Help please.

idk you couldve torn something. it could be any number of things though. dont work your chest for a couple of days see if that helps if not go see a doctor

problems gaining weight

I've got a slight problem, I'm trying to put on weight but it seems that no matter how much I eat I don't gain any weight! Right now I weigh about 170 and am tryin to get to 180~185ish. Any help?
