Why do you even care if thats to much protein?? Just worry about eating healthy every 2-3 hours and weight training. Your over 200lb so 60g of protein is good.

Why are you working out every body part everyday?? If your doing all this in one day than DAMN thats way to many sets. How do you get through them in 1 hr??
