Why do you even care if thats to much protein?? Just worry about eating healthy every 2-3 hours and weight training. Your over 200lb so 60g of protein is good.

He never said it doesn't work the peak of the bicep. Actually he's saying it does work the long head of the bi and not the short, meaning he's indicating that Hammer curls do work the peak of the bi....

1)Well you might be skinny, but does not mean u have a low body percent of fat so i would say that you need to do cardio and diet and you need to do weight training to keep the size and lower the fat...
