nah but fo real, i jus ran a 6 flat -__- i'm 5-5 but not sure if that even matters..and 2day was the beginning of my training..for someone who's always been...

i'd say bent leg cuz it takes weight off your...
i'd say bent leg cuz it takes weight off your hamstrings and more onto your back.
well, for me thats what it is.
oh and i only use my lifting belt for me 2 or 3 heaviest sets....when im maxing...

J/w what you guys would think are the TOP 3 exercises for explosive speed.
or just the best 3 plyometrics exercises in general.
