Make sure your diet is clean if you aren't getting results. To switch up cardio occasionally I skip the gym and do a P90X dvd, or go to our local football field (kids aren't out there during the day)...

I agree. I "treat" myself to a diet soda on the weekend. It keeps me from wanting a dessert. Eliminating soda's DID take away some bloating. My advice is to just enjoy one every now and then

Start by clearing all the junk out of the house. Plan out your meals and grocery shop only for those meals. Get your meals for the next day prepared the night before and put them in to-go containers....

I started out with Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding. There's not a HUGE section dedicated to women, but the details on working the muscles were great. loved it.
