Formadrol comes at the end of a cycle, not the begining. Wouldnt recommend using it pre-cycle at all.

Ive mixed it with water, and milk, mixes easily with both... Doesnt taste as good as Syntha-6, but not many do. For the money, Scivation is a great buy. I liked it equally in milk or water.
