Best Abdominal Exercises.....

what are the best exercises for abs besides: sit-ups, crunches, leg raises? Can anyone help with this? Also, if possible can you post links to videos to show the proper technique for the exercises....

i actually had this same problem. though, my form was wrong. I started leaning forward when i go downward; this helped. also, stretch thoroughly before you perform this exercise.
