how to post pics?

Could someone show me how to put pics up on my pro, i put some up some time ago and now that i have a new cam and new pics i am not able to put them up, any help greatly appreciated.

Bench press barbell or dumbells??

Which one is best for adding size, personally i think they are the same, but i prefer to use dumbells reason being is that i train alone and if im goin heavy i can just drop them. Any opinions...

Back into it

I guess it would depend on the country, state where you are, and other factors like whether your a qualified trainer and stuff like that..
