Took 3 NO-Beta at 7AM and had breakfast an hour later. No tingles.

Pre-workout meal 3PM - 2/3 cup oats, 1/8 cup raisins, 1 scoop of whey

I like to mix in my whey after 2-3 minutes of cooking...

I scaled back the volume a little since I'm off.

Today's routine:

Squats: 135x10, 225x10, 275x10, 315x7
All sets felt strong and under control; left 2-3 reps in the bank on each set.
