Accu Calipers

Does anyone know how to really read these thing and how accurate are they. I average between 2-4mm so how much BF% would that be.

Reliable Fat Calipers

Using the Accu pinch method my BF is around 11%
Using the Marine Method my BF is 10%
But with the Omron Fat monitor and Scale My BF is 15.9%


WHich is more reliable

Ok so stacking up on protein is best for building muscles i normally get about 100-150 a day is that to much or to little. I do want to add muscle just want to gain as little body fat as possible.

just trying to figure out the right amount...

just trying to figure out the right amount because ive heard from some to eat alot of protein and no carbs but from others the exact oposite. Could use some clarification.
