Yeah I found that weird myself, but its just the RTD's that Muscle Milk makes that hurt my stomach, the powder form is pretty gentle, no problems

I tend to be VERY sensitive to lactose and gluten, and with Muscle Milk I dont feel all crampy unless I drink the RTD's. And I would not recommend soy protein, its not good for gluten sensitive...
