What does it mean when you feel lightheaded during workout????

okay... im feeling alil lightheaded after basically every set i do now its like 9weeks into my weight cut now,i normally feel join pain n whatnot like i have a wrist pain n whatnot but thats normal...

im 190lbs right now at about 20-22% bf looking to get to 8-10% in 4months looking to lose 35lbs so yeh...
