Why do you want to do a fully body workout 3 times a week if you aren't getting sore you aren't working out hard enough put some intensity into your workouts.

Def. do eat smaller more frequent meals. Watch what you eat to it is not just about lowering fat intake you need to have a balanced diet. Most people don't realize what they are actually eating.

I usually do stiff leg deadlifts for hamstrings, I feel that they work pretty well hamstrings are always sore after them. Just watch your form so you don't but alot of stress on your back.

I would take Animal Pak closer to your workout time probably around an hour before. If you take a multi that early your body will pass many of the water soluble vitamins thorughout the day before...
