How do you cut and not lose muscle or strength?

im thinking of starting a cut but i dont know if im suppose to work out with the cut to prevent losing mass. Is there a method to cut efficiently and maintain muscle mass and stregth?

so far ive been working out for about 2 months and my biceps don't seem like they are getting bigger. I know i got more strength becuz my lifts increased by about 25% but i dont see anymore mass....

rite now im 14 and a half and 179-180 cm tall and i havent been getting taller in a while. I grew 1 inch in the past year and my shoe size has been the same for 1.5 years. I think i'm still growing...

normally a person would do 5-8 reps for a bench press but how much is recommended for abs? normally i do weighted ab crunches and i dont think im doing intense enough because my abs never feel sore...
