my body fat is high and im dieting down to loss as much fat as possible should i still have a day where i have high carb because right now im averaging 210g protein and 150g carbs?

i would also suggest a 5 day split. just tweak your routine and make sure your diet is in check. its only been two months so give it time and try different routines and see what works best.
