That is exactly what I said. You need to lower your bf- (lowering your weight is not necessarily lowering your bf) but what you see once you do that depends on your genes and or your hard work. ;o)

Yeah.. I get mine through bb.com I take 2 in the am- 1 at lunch- 2 at night before bed. No side effects- nothing weird about it... it is good stuff and it makes a big difference in my cut cycle.

The tire area is my problem area as well. It is the first place I put it on and the LAST place that it comes off. Shorter sessions of cardio more frequently does it for me.. weights+30min cardio 5...

Trust me.. getting the good carbs in earlier in the day and tapering off into the evening makes ALL the difference with the cravings!! ...
