Understandable with that the higher amounts of sodium not being needed. However when it comes to my tuna and other sources of protein and it almost inevitable to avoid the sodium.

What are the recommended levels of sodium in a daily diet? I am revamping mine here and I find myself breaking into over 4200mg of sodium near the end of the day. 600 along come from the pre-sleep...

I have been drinking about 1.5-2.5 gallons a water a day for years now w/ no problems what so ever. But that much milk AND water is totally unnecessary.
