Bigger rear delts
Make sure you keep your elbows higher than your hands and go
fairly heavy and remember full range of motion is not needed in this one
touch the dumbells at the bottom then go half the full range...

3/4 power movement for bench
Try doing your bench with 3/4 the weight that you max out with, and 3/4 of the full movement. From your chest to 3/4 the way up, when you take the weight the last 1/4 you just work the triceps, 3/4...
