but with starting strength, deadlifts, press and powerclean all use your knees so basically only thing i can do is benchpress only.

Meniscus Tear What to do

Hey guys.
I tore my Meniscus in my knee when i was doing squats 2 weeks ago.
Have confirmed this with the physiotherapist.

Is there anything i can do in the meantime or should i stop the weights...

yeh i believe it is due to form, im nto that flexbile so i tend to move my knee in a weird direction 2 other questions.

1 - should i still work out doing SS and substitute squats or take 1 week...

well at the moment i cant squat down as it hurts...
