A pic of yourself would be helpful, when people say 12-13% BF they are usaully mistaken. BF is generally much higher than one thinks. Everyone likes to think they are that low but thats usually not...

Side Laterals- 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps
Bent over Laterals 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps
Arnold Press's 3-4 sets of 8-12 rep
Some shrug work- 3 sets 6-10 reps
