Its called a rack pull, and its great for back...
Its called a rack pull, and its great for back development. Its like a deadlift without the leg drive at the bottom. I think the bar should be at your shins though, not your knee.

alot of the bread and butter tri moves like cgb, dips, skulls (to the head) will tax your medial head, but if you want to emphasize it more try reverse grip movements.
