alot of BBers testify to the fact taht the best...

alot of BBers testify to the fact taht the best arm growth they had came from heavy compound movements and arms as a secondary thing...personally it worked for me....alot of ppl dont like training...

i need to start making good shi+ like that i hate eating in the morning so i always just down a few scoops of whey with skim milk and a raw egg or two mixed in....pretty gross haha
