Question My first show and im having a hard time with diet

Hey guys this is my first show and i am about 3 weeks into my diet and i am already having a hard time i don't know why it's not too bad yet does anyone have any tips on staying motivated.

You should be able to find enemas at any drug...

You should be able to find enemas at any drug store. you may not feel comfortable about using them because it's like a dusch for your well you know. but it really does help so i would shoot for it.
