So don't cut my carbs at all... even on a cut? I thought restrcting them to pre and post workouts.. and breakfast was what to do??

I sit around all day mostly, so i dont use the carbs?

Question How many carbs on a cut?

I'm not bodybuilding as such, but i do want to lose weight, add muscle and eventually gain a 6 pack. So i'm bodybuilding in a sense! Not competing though. My primary goal is to be fit to play sport...

How long should i keep each routine for?

I was thinking 12 weeks, but a friend of mine who works out regularly told me that 4 weeks maximum because your body gets used to it.

Is that to drink post-workout, and it helps with muscle gains right? My goal is size, but im also doing some am cardio, and some cardio right after weights as my body fat is around 25%.

Pre workout i just have a preworkout meal 1.5 to 2 hours...
