And do you also notice that pete doesn't dunk any of his food in water which is exactly what chestnut does in his competitions? That makes things about 10 times easier in my experience.

6 caps is probably fine. My best results came from 9 caps per day at three doses per day of 3 caps each going about 6 to 9 weeks (don't exactly remember) and I was around 220-230 at the time.
