IA has told me that gaining strength is possible rather easily to 12%. Going any lower than that and it is very individual on those that get stronger or get weaker.

I really believe (and hopefully will be trying to prove) that there is NO reason to get about 15% bf. No extra benefits at all.

its either 8% with abs

or 25% with a gut and no separation.

I guess 10-15% is just off limits to people... extremes ftw!!
