Let's say you've been on a bulk cycle for ~3 months. Nothing too dramatic. Just ~200 calories above maintenance. What if you go under 200 calories for 1 week. Would the body be burning fat or muscle...

So what's the word on downing protein shakes after drinking alcohol?

I know that your body has to burn the alcohol first before it uses up glycogen, so wouldn't the protein just be stored as fat?
