I use 'Low Fat Miracle Whip' when I'm making tuna. (Actually, I think that Miracle Whip just came out with brand-new packaging which says "Lite Miracle Whip" now.) For every Tbsp, there are 1.5g fat...

Good whole foods, for the most part. Not perfect, but fair. However, you're not including HOW MUCH food you're actually ingesting. So.... whether this is adequate for 'bulking up' or not isn't...
