Post Workout Carbohydrate Intake

PT Certifcate
YMCA CYQ is a good certificate for a personal trainer to have. i am qualified with them in about 2 weeks.

hi
i find pullovers are good for the serratus, also are movements like the pulldown which will work the serratus quite well. why are you trying to bring up the pectoralis major?
