From what I know you want a high carb meal, similar to your PWO shake. I usually have a pretty big serving of pasta or rice with chicken or tuna. You want to avoid fat in this meal too.

My gym at school is the same way. I do heavy DB...

My gym at school is the same way. I do heavy DB squats (you'll feel it) and lunges. I wouldn't touch the smith machine.

Unless your blender completely blows the oats will be ground up and just make the shake thicker (and tastier IMO). Good for post/pre workout carbs.
