I think whey protein is a good option. With one to take is up to you, find one with good flavor, low calories and carbs. The Elite from Muscle tech is a good one.

Hello people, I have been training good so far. Different exercises, diets and supplements but not much of a change I only drop 8lbs. Currently am 162.4lbs for the last 2 months and looking skinnier....

I have been using the GNC Mega Man Sport multi-vitamins and its good so far. I have more energy and feel strong even wen am dieting, but I heard the Animal Pack its really good, I will trait to.
