i like at least 3 sets of every excersise with atleast 3 excersises per body part
so a minimum of 9 sets per body part i actually do about 4 sets at 4 excersises...

use the trap bar for both front and back shrugs...

use the trap bar for both front and back shrugs it works great, but may have to use straps because you have to taske a little wider grip but that alows you to go a little heavier
