I don't really recall. I do know my strength went up quicker than normal, but I used it to cut a bit - and I was pretty happy with my body at the time.

I did keep 100% of my gains, minus maybe 5lb...

I didn't answer your question the first time.. so here's my take.

I took Havoc when I turned 21 - I did a LOT of reading, and made a full program with excel, I ended up spending 2-3x...
