Yes,9 AM and 9 PM....when i get to 30mg/day,will take like ~8 AM,~4 PM and before bed ~ 11-12 PM.....

Well i am still on 20 mg/day but i am taking them every 12 hours 10 mg,so when i get to 30mg/day,will be taking them every 8 hours......
I take them with food too,but not...
