Way too many protein shakes. Add more whole food proteins (lean beef, chicken, fish) and add some veggies. Also, as said above, get a better variety of fats in your diet.

Do the 5x5 program for 2 weeks or so and tell me you need pullups in there. Between the deads and the rows (performed correctly at 90 degrees) my back and lats are getting plenty of work.
