Erik has worked his current job for the last 5...

Erik has worked his current job for the last 5 years...he started about the same time he started bodybuilding and competing. So I think for almost 4 years now he has been working that shift.

I can tell you my husband personally trains himself. He does however have a "trainer" that writes his diets for him.
