I have only been working out for 8 months...I don't compete yet though I hope to...My hubby is not very supportive either...OMG what do I have in store for me when I do compete??!! I have no idea...

Anybody out there try this product? And if so how were your results? It was recommended by a trainer/friend and I want a second opinion....
