Haha I'd love to see Santa drop a squat rack down my chimney lol You might want to consider joining a gym but it can be pricely depending on how often you plan to go etc.

Thanks guys! I've been getting a bit better at it now. I try to make sure weight is on the back and not the hands but its hard. Wrists still hurt quite a bit at the end

Hey man well done on the workout especially the squats! As for the press how wide is your grip? I find that trying to pull the bar apart while you press seems to help with regards to the elbows.
