If you are not getting heavier there is only one problem. You need to up your calories. If it was your routine you would at least be getting fatter. Eat more.

Have you tried ramping the weight on sets? Works very well for busting through platues for me. Start below 225 and move to 225 then past it on last set.

I can say with experience. Do your research get the numbers (calories) close. Then add some to it. Workout and eat like hell. Watch your self in the mirror. You will get it wrong for a while...

If it ain't broke don't fix it. If you like the setup just keep pushing yourself harder. Don't be tempted to over complicate things. Throw in some new exercises in place of some others for a while...

I agree but I would ditch the flat bench for the inclines and add heavy weighted dips. These do nicely hitting the triceps and chest. Lean forward more for chest more straight for more tricep...

I personaly think that there are way too many exercises mixed in there. Those all crammed into three days is a recipe for little progress. No way I could hit all them lifts with the intensity...

For arms I like Heavy CGB, Hammer curls, Preacher curls, Standing barbell curls, Weighted dips, Skull crushers. Work these in and you will be fine. Eat plenty and always progress on weight or reps.
