As more of an ectomorph and someone who cant really eat a ton, I have more problems trying to get down 3500+ calories down while they are eating 1500. I had a gf who would be eating grilled chicken...

Super = pain

So the first day I threw in two scoops of pure carbs with my Superpump250 and everything went fine.
Next time I had a Cytogainer shake + 4 small strips of steak and a little refried beans 30 mins...
