1 tbsp peanut butter is really good, or more recently i've discovered that if you mix ina package of sugar free/fat free jello pudding mix into a tub of it it makes it taste just like the pudding....

it's best to take the nitrix 2 hours after a meal (empty stomach), and 30-45 minutes before one. if you're eating every 2.5-3 hours it works out pretty well. i've been taking it for meals 1, 3, & 5....
